Reflexology is an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally.
In Reflexology there is a map of your glands, parts of the body (shoulder, neck, back, etc) and organs that correspond to pressure points in your feet, hands and ears. By using alternate pressure with the thumbs and fingers inflammation and pain can be lessened. Reflexology also relieves stress and can help with issues such as digestive problems, sinus issues, headaches, neck, back, shoulders and many more.
Reflexology improves nerve and blood supply and helps nature to normalize.
You are living your best life when your mind and body are balanced and healthy. That's why we take a holistic approach to preventing and reversing disease.
Reflexology works by stimulating the nervous system and increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body. By applying pressure to the feet, reflexologists can help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Reflexology has been used for centuries by different cultures around the world. Its origins can be traced back to ancient China, Egypt, and India, where it was used as a natural healing practice to address a variety of health concerns.
Reflexology can be especially beneficial for seniors, as it can help improve balance, reduce arthritis pain, and enhance cognitive function. It can also help address specific health issues that are common among seniors, such as insomnia and poor circulation.
During a reflexology session, you can expect to feel relaxed and comfortable. Your reflexologist will use a variety of techniques to apply pressure to different parts of your feet depending on your specific health needs.
Our team of certified reflexologists have undergone extensive training and have years of experience helping clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. They are passionate about their work and are dedicated to providing the highest level of care.

Reflexology is a natural healing practice that uses pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears to help relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. It is based on the principle that these pressure points correspond to different organs and systems in the body, and by stimulating them, reflexology can help to improve overall health and well-being.
Unlike traditional massages, reflexology does not include kneading muscles or using oils. Practitioners use their fingers or special tools to apply firm but gentle pressure directly onto the reflex points of the feet. Reflexology works more deeply on an energetic level to restore balance in the entire body.
Reflexology has numerous benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and promoting better sleep. It can also help to alleviate a range of physical and emotional symptoms, from headaches and back pain, stomach issues, to depression and anxiety.
